Marrow pancakes

 
 These pancakes are very simple, however that doesn't make them worse. Sometimes it's so great to please yourself with smth cosy and homy.
If you want to try just grate marrow not peeling them (why would you get rid off that bright green spots in the result?), add couple tablespoons of floor,  crack in one egg, combine all these ingredients, season with salt&paper and voila...what we've got left is just fry on each side for two minutes or so using sunflower oil. Taste with sour cream.
